About Me

My interest in Psychotherapy and understanding the complxity of relationships began early in my education leading me to the study of psychology and sociology in university. I graduated in 1999 with a Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia.  Since then I have instructed and researched in the field, taught the Roots of Empathy program, and been an at-home parent.  Most recently I finished the Relational Psychotherapy program at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy [T.I.R.P.].  I have been seeing clients since 2012.
