I understand that sometimes it is difficult taking that first step.
This is why I am happy to offer a first session free of charge so you can get a sense for how working with me feels and whether you feel we are a good fit. Once you have decided you would like to move forward, therapy progresses on a weekly basis, for short-term or long-term, at a time that suits you.
I work weekdays, early evenings and Saturday mornings. I also offer Skype sessions if needed.
