Talking Helps

As your Relational Psychotherapist I am interested in what is troubling you.  Some clients come to therapy with a very specific issue such as relationship difficulties, depression, anger, low self-esteem, substance abuse.  For others the issues are more vague but equally troubling: life dissatisfaction, anxiety, distress, hopelessness.


When you are feeling stuck talking about it with a trained, empathic non-judgemental professional helps.


I start with listening to you to learn more about you and what is troubling you.  I will help you build meaning around your issues in order to make better sense of them.  Together we will attempt to understand your life, experiences, emotions and patterns and how they impact you.  Through this understanding comes clarity, about yourself and how you relate to others and increase your potential for growth and change.
